Mary Beck’s Baptism

Mary Beck remembers, “I don’t remember the exact date of our baptizing, but I will always remember this very special event during that special summer long ago. I’ll remember, too, an understanding pastor (Rev. Jackson), an understanding church body, and the very cold water rising chest high in the creek flowing through Smith’s pasture, where Roy Lynn Keller and I were baptized into a very special church.”
